CLASS DESCRIPTION
Gentle Flow:
In this class we take it easy. It’s all about the stretchy, feel good stuff, creating space and ease. We still move in a slow flow but stay mostly lower to the ground, taking time for delicious hip and shoulder openers and to really feel and breathe into our bodies. This class is perfect after a long -home- office day when you still want to move your body but also unwind from the day and calm down.
Suitable for all levels, no prior experience needed.
Dynamic Flow:
This class is all about experiencing a continuous Vinyasa flow, merging movement and breath. Expect creative flows spiced up with funky transitions or building up to a peak pose and some core work or mobility drills thrown in the mix. Even though we move a lot it is not super fast paced and I always give options to modify. This class is perfect if you have some energy to burn at the end of your day and want to get things moving.
Suitable for all levels, some prior experience recommended.
